Kamala Harris has a ‘great gift for making Joe look good’ after space speech
The Daily Telegraph’s Tim Blair says Kamala Harris has a “great gift” for making US President Joe Biden “look good”, after the Vice President’s patronising speech about space.
“Space is exciting. It spurs our imaginations, and it forces us to ask big questions. Space – it affects us all, and it connects us all,” Ms Harris said in a speech at the Vandenberg Space Force Base.
“Was she aware that she was addressing members of the military there, who, unless I’m mistaken, have to be older than three and a half,” Mr Blair told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
“She was … talking to pre-schoolers about space – these people are adults.”
